By default, the type of wood in Maqiano Deluxe box is Finnish pine. Change it to ash (fraxinus) for 15€ + VAT* or oak for 25€ + VAT*. Please note that these are heavier (+200/450g).

VAT will be added for private customers inside the EU. In Germany the total for 649+VAT will be around 772€ + shipping, France 779, Sweden 805, Finland 815... No VAT for orders outside the EU or for companies with a valid VAT ID. Free shipping if you get any two sets in the same order!
Usually Maqiano sets are shipped within 2-3 days of placing the order. If you are in a hurry or you need to know the delivery date more exactly, write us!

Returns and Warranty Policy
If you're unhappy with your Maqiano, please write me on contact.maqiano@gmail.com and we'll see what's the best thing to do. If returning your Maqiano remains the only acceptable solution, and the product is still in perfect condition, you just pay for the postage of the return and you'll get a full refund of your original payment, including the shipping costs to you.
If ever you have problems with your Maqiano, just write me and we'll solve them together. If a part is broken, I send you a new one and you get good instructions how to change it. If this happens after the official one-year warranty period, you just pay the cost-price of the new part and the postage.
